In early 2014, Sandy McDougall took a leap of faith and stepped out of her comfort zone. She asked herself, "What if? What would her life be like if she did things differently?" Then she took a deep breath and made a commitment to herself to follow her crazy idea. And so her 5-week summer Maverick Road Trip was launched.

Change Happens. We know that. But what happens when change happens before we are ready? Every stage of a woman's life brings not only physical changes, but mental, emotional, and spiritual changes, as well.
